How can we download the videos?
By clicking on the links in the “Your video is ready” section, you will be redirected to our cloud storage. You can download the videos by clicking on the three dots in the top right corner and then selecting “Download.”
Can we request changes to the video?
Yes, you can request one free project reopening for essential changes that do not alter the overall style of the video. Any further reopenings will incur a fee of €150.00 each. Changes must be requested within 15 days of receiving this page.
Who stores our videos?
Once the final edits are delivered, it is your responsibility to download and back up the files. As per the contract, we are authorized to delete the files from our archives two years after the delivery of the work.
Will this site be available forever?
This webpage is used to deliver all the produced material. However, like the files, we are not obligated to keep it active indefinitely; it will be available in our archives for a limited time.
